How Intel used teams to make hiring a collaborative process

Hiring new employees is a process that involves many decision makers. It’s always been difficult to keep everyone informed about the results along each step of the recruitment process.

We set-up teams on Test Candidates for all our hr and hiring managers to give them access to all candidate test results. Test Candidates makes this pretty simple and allows unlimited team members so regardless of the role we were hiring for, the right people always had access.

Unlimited team members

As we’re hiring large amounts of candidates, we needed a platform which allowed us to manage them, sort them into cohorts and provide access for a number of hiring managers to analyse and manage their results.

Test Candidates made this all a very simple process and unlike the majority of platforms, didn’t charge us extra for adding more team members.

The team management on Test Candidates allowed us to keep all key decision makers informed throughout the recruitment process.
