Pick the stage that sends a candidate to an assessment. Move a candidate there and they get the usual invitation. Nobody is invited twice.
Read the result in your ATS
When the result is unlocked, a note with each score and a link to the full report is written to the candidate's record. Until then the note says the result is locked.
Any result that does not help, we refund, no questions. Email support@testcandidates.com with the candidate's name and we refund that result to your card, usually the same working day. Your system not listed? Most connect through Zapier, Make, the API or webhooks. Read the ATS guide.
How the integrations behave
Locked results stay locked everywhere
A score is visible only once the result has been unlocked, on every route. The API and webhooks send score fields as null until then, a Slack or Teams summary says the result is locked, and so does the note in your ATS. You can always see that a candidate finished.
Admins only
Only admins can open the integrations page, create or regenerate the API key, set up webhooks and connect Slack or Teams. The API key reads the whole workspace, so keep the admin role for the people who need it.
Built to be checked
Webhooks go only to HTTPS addresses, every delivery carries a signature and a timestamp, and the delivery log lets you resend any event. Regenerating a key stops the old one at once. See our security and data protection page.
Integration questions
Do integrations cost extra or need a particular plan?
No. There are no plans. Every account has the ATS connectors, the API, webhooks, Zapier, Make, Slack and Microsoft Teams, and branding, from the first day. You pay only for the candidate results you unlock. Any result that does not help, we refund, no questions.
Can I get results into our own reporting?
Yes. The API lists completed tests since a time you give it, so a regular sync picks up only what is new. If you want to react the moment something happens, use a webhook instead.
Can candidates be invited automatically?
Yes. The API's invitation endpoint, and the Zapier and Make action, send the same invitation email the app sends. Someone already invited is not invited twice.
I only want the data once. Do I need an integration?
No. Export a CSV from the results page. Build against the API when results need to arrive continuously, in a system other people use, without anyone remembering to download anything.
