You test more people than any single employer, for several clients at once, and you need to show each client a clean result under their name. That is what the account does.
Client-branded reports
Put each client's name and logo on the candidate's tests and on the report you send them. Candidates see the client's brand. You stay the sender, and the report says it was prepared by you.
A team per client
Keep each client's assessments, candidates and results in their own team. Give a consultant one client or all of them. Nobody sees a client they do not work on.
Bulk invites from a spreadsheet
Upload your shortlist with names, email addresses and your own reference. Every row is checked before anything is sent, people already invited are skipped, and you get a result for each person.

What it costs an agency
The same account and the same published prices as every customer, plus an agency code and two volume bands. Nothing to sign.

£15 per candidate result in GBP, shown in your own currency when you sign up. Your first 5 results are free. Billed monthly for the results you unlocked, plus applicable tax.
Prepaid candidates

The bands replace the agency code rather than stacking with it, because they are the better deal at that volume. Prices in other currencies follow the published rate for your currency.

Set up a client in three steps
Make a team for the client
Account menu, then Teams. Add a team named after the client and switch on client branding with their name, logo and colour.
Put the role's assessment in that team
Build the assessment as usual and set its team from the Assessments list. Its candidates and results now belong to that client.
Invite and send the report
Upload the shortlist, or share the assessment link. Candidates see the client's brand. When results are in, download the report: it carries the client's logo and says it was prepared by you.

Questions agencies ask
Do I need a contract or a minimum spend?
No. There is no plan, no annual fee and no minimum. You pay for the candidate results you unlock. If you place nobody one month, you pay nothing that month.
Can my client see the results?
You download the report and send it, or share your screen. The report carries the client's name and logo and says it was prepared by your agency. Clients do not log in to your account.
Can I test the same candidate for two clients?
Yes. Invite them to each client's assessment. Each client sees only the results for their own role, and each unlocked result is charged once.
Who is the data controller for candidate data?
Your agency, as the customer. Candidates are told which company the assessment is for and who sent it, and our privacy policy and security page describe what we do with the data.
How do I get the agency code?
Sign up, then email support@testcandidates.com with the code AGENCY25 from your account's email address. We apply it to the account, and it then covers every bill for 12 months, pay as you go or packs.
We test more than 500 candidates a month. What then?
Email us with your volume and we agree a price by hand. There is no form and no call: a reply by email with the number.
