Do I need a Test Candidates employer account?
No. You can join the referral programme with your email address. Your referral account is just for your sharing link and earnings. The reward is for you personally.
How much can I earn?
Your reward is based on the company’s qualifying paid spend. Discounts, tax, refunds and chargebacks are excluded. See the programme terms for the current rate and earning period.
What does the company I refer get?
Their first job is free. No card needed. One gift per company.
When are rewards paid?
Earnings clear after a holding period and rewards are scheduled monthly. Payout options depend on your country. Different currencies are kept separate.
What’s in the sharing pack?
